We have a wide selection of additional marketing opportunities that can help increase your exposure at the Conference. The opportunities listed below are available on a first come, first served basis.

Lunch and Dessert Sponsorship (Three Sponsors)

Cost $5,000 USD

This level entitles your company to:

Sole sponsorship of one Conference Lunch and Dessert, Monday, November 8th, Tuesday, November 9th

• One complimentary full conference registration (Includes access to all conference events)
• Signage at entrance of Lunch Pavilion and Dessert Area
• Half page advertisement in Conference Guide (Artwork provided by sponsor, approved by Trimble)
• Logo with sponsorship level in Conference Guide
• Recognition with company logo on:
  • The conference website including a URL link to your web site
  • Conference materials distributed on site

Passport Program

Generate traffic and leads to your booth by participating in the Passport Program. By participating in the Passport Program, attendees of Trimble Dimensions 2010 qualify for the raffle giveaway that is to take place at a To Be Determined time and location during the event. This is one of the most effective and fun ways to drive traffic to your booth and reward attendees who participate in demo sessions or speak with your exhibit staff. In order to participate in the Passport Program, Sponsor and Exhibitors must donate a prize. You will also receive additional exposure as you are acknowledged as one of the prize donors during the drawing.

Transportation Advertising (For Construction Sponsors, Two Sponsors)

Cost $1,000 USD

Put your message on wheels! - Have your company's name and logo on the shuttle buses that will transport attendees to and from the Offsite Training Facility for three consecutive days. This is fantastic exposure to attendees on the bus and to those seeing the buses on the streets and highways in and around Las Vegas. This is a truly one-of-a-kind sponsorship opportunity.

(Your company's logo and art work displayed on a sign along with the Trimble Dimensions logo. Trimble Dimensions logo will be prominent. Two opportunities are available, one company for each bus. Vehicle sign size is TBD. Sponsor to provide logo and pre-approved printer-ready artwork).

Greenify Trimble Dimensions 2010 (Exclusive)

Cost $5,000 USD

Help reduce waste and minimize impact on the environment. Green is on everyone's minds today and is quickly becoming one of the top priorities for industry leaders around the world. By sponsoring this unique opportunity you can impact the environment in a positive way with practical uses. Your company's name and logo along with Trimble Dimensions logo are displayed on a reusable water bottle and water stations that are placed in high traffic areas throughout the conference. Trimble Dimensions logo will be prominent. Water bottle is distributed to over 2,000 attendees in the conference bag. Sponsor to provide logo and pre-approved printer-ready artwork.

Hotel Key Cards (Exclusive)

Cost $5,000 USD

Have your company's logo appear on one of the most important items attendees will be carrying - their hotel room key cards. The key cards are distributed during check-in at The Mirage Hotel and will be carried by attendees for the duration of the conference. This is a great way to be at everyone's fingertips! Request for this sponsorship must be submitted 8 weeks prior to start of conference.

Official Conference Bag Sponsor (Exclusive)

Cost $15,000 USD

Brand your company logo and have every conference attendee toting your name!

You will also have the opportunity to add one piece of literature (8.5 X 11 or smaller) inserted into the conference bag, (supplied by sponsor, approved by Trimble). Sponsor logo appearing with Trimble Dimensions logo. Trimble Dimensions logo will be prominent.

Name Badge Lanyards (Exclusive)

Cost $5,000 USD

Attendees receive an official lanyard when they pick up their badge in the registration area. As the Lanyard Sponsor your company logo will be featured along with Trimble's on the lanyard. This opportunity is exclusive to one sponsor in addition to Trimble.

Conference Name Badge Holder Sponsor (Exclusive)

Cost $10,000 USD

Make every show attendee a walking advertisement for your company! Badge holders are designed so that your company name and logo stands above the attendee's name and company along with the Trimble Dimensions logo. Trimble Dimensions logo will be prominent.

Conference Journal Sponsor (Exclusive)

Cost $2,500 USD

Attendees will be sure to take notes during the conference. Have them take note of your company every time they open their journal. Your full page ad will be displayed on the first page inside the journal.

Ad in Conference Show Guide

Cost $2,000 USD

Ensure your message is delivered to every attendee by way of our Conference Show Guide. Ad dimensions to be determined. Ad must be print ready.

Gala Dinner Table Sponsor

Cost $2,000 USD Each Table

Being a sponsor at this highly popular event provides your company with the opportunity to raise your company awareness to Trimble Dimensions attendees with preferential choice of attendees. Your company's name will be prominently displayed on a table sign of a table for 10. Table assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis.
