Conference registrants are assigned rooms on a first-come, first-served basis until all available rooms are filled.

Conference attendees are responsible for making their own room reservations.

Trimble has arranged for a special conference rate of $155.00 per night plus a $15.00 Resort Fee* at the Mirage Hotel and a rate of $63.00 per night plus a $20.00 Resort Fee* at the Treasure Island Hotel. Both Hotel Rate and Resort Fee are subject to 12% tax.
