Registration & Pricing

When you register for a full conference pass, you’ll have access to the whole Dimensions experience, while day passes provide access only on the given day. Events and activities include:

  • Keynotes, Expo, and sessions
  • Hands-on training at our off-site facility (based on availability)
  • Most meals on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Special Expo reception event
  • Surprise customer appreciation party
  • Opportunities to earn PDH credits

A full conference pass costs $1,595 – but you’ll save $200 if you register by June 15th. We also offer special rates for students and government employees. For those unable to attend the full conference, single day passes cost $650 for Monday or Wednesday, and $475 for Tuesday. For full details: Pricing >

Yes. Guest passes are available per full conference pass. A guest pass costs $350 and is valid only for admission to the special Expo reception event and Customer Appreciation Party. For full details: Pricing >

No. Attendees are responsible for all travel, lodging, transportation and incidental expenses.

You have several payment options – credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express), check, bank transfer, money order, or purchase order.

Yes, during the registration process, in the payments section, you can opt to receive an invoice.

Make your check payable to Enterprise Events Group, and include your name or a copy of your registration information. Check payments are due 15 business days after completing your registration.

If you register, then plans change and you can’t make it to the conference, there will be a $100 cancellation fee if cancelled prior to the end of day on October 5, 2018. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after October 5, 2018.

Hotel & Travel

The easiest way to book a room is through our dedicated reservation site, which will automatically apply the special nightly rate of $249 plus tax and daily resort fee. If you prefer to book directly with The Venetian, call the reservations line at 877-385-3885. Be sure to identify yourself as an attendee of Trimble Dimensions 2018 otherwise you will pay the prevailing room charges. Book your room as soon as possible in order to receive the discounted pricing. Reserve a room now!

All guests at The Venetian are required to pay a daily resort fee of $30, which includes access for two to the fitness facility at the Canyon Ranch SpaClub, in-suite Internet access (Wifi or Ethernet), boarding pass printing at the Concierge desk, unlimited local and toll-free calls, and access to thousands of top magazines and newspapers through free PressReader app.

All suites include a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board but do not include a coffee maker or microwave. The Venetian will provide your suite with a refrigerator for $25 per day based on availability. You can also make a request for cribs and rollaway beds, but items are limited. Upon arrival, simply contact the Hotel Operator at 877.883.6423 or make your request during check-in.

Additional Travel Details

McCarran Las Vegas International Airport (LAS) is the main airport for Las Vegas, located less than five miles from The Venetian.

Attendees are responsible for booking their own travel to and from the conference.

Conference Details

Trimble Dimensions 2018 is happening November 5–7, 2018 at The Venetian, right on the legendary Las Vegas Strip.

You can select the sessions you’re most interested in attending with our Session Catalog, beginning in mid-September 2018. If you register for the conference, you will receive notification when the catalog is launched.

All badges will be provided on-site in the Sands Expo Center.

All Dimensions events and activities are business casual. Whatever that means for you is fine with us.

The average temperature range in Las Vegas in November is between a high of 66°F (19°C) and a low of 43°F (6°C).

All presentations at Dimensions 2018 will be in English. We are not offering presentations in other languages.
